About Me

Hello World! My name is Dennis Garcia, and that is me! 😊If you were to ask me what I love to do, I would say I love to code, and you would say, “Of course, you love to code; why else would you have a blog!” Then your follow-up question may be, “What do you do when you are not coding?” Well, one of the things I’m not particularly eager to do is work out. However, I believe in being healthy, so I have a rigorous workout plan that I follow routinely. Besides working out, I am an average guy who loves spending time with his family and watching movies.

What I do currently

I am a software engineer with expertise in creating full-stack applications. My weapons of choice are using Microsoft SQL Databases to build a strong foundation for data integrity by normalizing table structures. Once the foundation is solid, I can create any client on top of the data by using .Net Core to proxy the data through business logic into reusable service libraries that .Net Core can use to expose through Web APIs or create background service jobs. If the customer needs a client to interact with the data, I can utilize React to consume the Web APIs and deliver robust applications.
